Common questions

Is Uhoppa an inventory or cross-listing tool?
No. Uhoppa is the professional page, buyer-routing, and analytics layer above the places where you already sell. It does not manage listings, orders, or inventory.
Do I need to connect every store?
No. Begin with the destinations buyers most need to find — typically your top two or three. You can add others at any time.
Will Uhoppa take a percentage of my sales?
No. Uhoppa does not process marketplace transactions. The design-partner program is focused on the page and buyer-routing experience.
Will I need to pay?
There is no payment required to apply. Selected active partners receive time-bounded Pro access during the pilot. Any future paid plan will be communicated clearly before a charge is ever made.
Does applying guarantee selection?
No. Uhoppa is selecting a small active group of 25 to ensure guided support and useful feedback. We review all applications and prioritize sellers who are active across multiple platforms.
Will Uhoppa display my page in public search?
Not automatically. Any future Uhoppa Discover listing is opt-in and seller controlled. You decide whether to be included.
